The first thing that guests see when approaching the restaurant is a spacious summer terrace with 40 seats. Entering the room, the guest finds himself in a very atmospheric place, sees a wooden mill, a pasta zone, and the restaurant’s own cheese factory.
You can watch as the cooks manually make pasta, ravioli, and risotto, as well the cheese-maker who cooks burrata, mozzarella, and ricotta. All cheeses are made from fresh farm milk. You can always take with you to please your loved ones any pasta you like, bread from Ombra’s bakery or cheeses.
In three spacious halls of the restaurant, there are 128 seats. Guests can enjoy live olive trees in pots, and we also have an oyster aquarium. On the windowsills, we have an abundance of flowerpots, flowers, candles, which according to your wish can light in the evening.
In niches in the walls of the restaurant, there are real firewoods. It creates additional comfort and homely atmosphere. If you raise your gaze higher, to the ceiling, you will see a lot of copper dishes. This element of the decor is also chosen for a reason.
In the 15th — 16th centuries, copper and cast-iron dishes reached Europe. And it was considered aristocratic and practical. It has always been easy to clean. Because the Italians especially appreciated it, copper dishes in the decor is a symbol of what we know and respect the Italian tradition.
