Our restaurant is famous primarily for its pasta. We make each type of pasta manually from Italian flour of firm grades. Besides, we cook pasta in broths. We bake these broths here, in the restaurant, every day.
Pasta sauces are prepared on the basis of Pilati – Italian tomatoes, pickled in their own juice without the peel. The most popular among the guests are lasagna and spaghetti bolognese, pasta with seafood, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
Since the restaurant has its own cheese factory, all cheeses here are made using Italian technology and under the strictest control. Pizza and other dishes from the menu are prepared in a real Italian wood-burning oven.
